Notary checks have disqualified five applicants for the position of director general of Czech Television (ČT) due to missing required documentation and other inconsistencies. The excluded applicants are Alena Dlabačová, Jiří Roupa, Jana Hochmannová, Pavel Zítko and Antonín Dopita.

Jana Hochmannová only sent an email with an application, without any additional materials such as a CV or project proposal. Jiří Roupa did not provide a project and his envelope only contained a simple copy of the lustration law certificate and a copy of a university diploma.

Alena Dlabačová submitted a project and most of the required documents, but failed to provide an electronic version of the project on a flash drive and authenticated copies of her education certificate or lustration certificate.

Pavel Zítko did not provide a university education certificate, only a request for a duplicate diploma, and submitted a flash drive with an electronic version of the project later. He also failed to meet other administrative conditions.

Antonín Dopita submitted his application after the deadline and did not include a project, a university education certificate, a criminal record excerpt, or any other required information and documents.
