French broadcaster Canal+ has signed a multi-year strategic agreement with Apple. The unique agreement will allow Canal+ to add Apple TV+ content to its line-up in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Canal+ customers in France will be the first to see original Apple TV+ content from 20 April. All Apple TV+ content will be part of the Canal+ subscription in France, available on the MyCanal streaming service and other platforms.

Series and films produced by Apple will also be integrated into Canal+'s regular programming.

In the Czech Republic, Canal+ owns satellite operators Skylink and FreeSat, operates the Canal+ Action movie channel, the Canal+ Sport football channel and is preparing to launch a streaming application in the coming weeks.
